To ensure a smooth experience for all users, the oldest sessions may be automatically deleted when the free server space is full. Access to statistics and replays is offered in restricted mode, which means some data may be partially hidden or limited. However, you still get a clear overview to test the tool easily. (2) Includes 1 GB of initial storage (approx. 2,000 recorded sessions). (3) Includes 5 GB of initial storage each (approx. 10,000 recorded sessions).
(1-2-3-4) Each plan is designed to meet your specific needs: If this quota is exceeded, you will receive an automatic email notification. You can then choose to: 1 - Request the automatic deletion of the oldest sessions to avoid additional charges. 2 - Upgrade your monthly plan to increase storage. Please note that subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable if you cancel during use. All your data will be permanently deleted after 3 months, or immediately upon request by email after cancellation. See Terms of Sale.
